We maintain both an online presence through our bakery website and a home office. As a growing establishment, we take great pride in offering our signature popular cupcakes and cakes, and we are consistently on the lookout for enthusiastic new team members who would be a perfect fit for our tight-knit community and can contribute significantly to our ongoing growth and success. Currently, we are in search of a diligent, hardworking individual who embodies a positive and energetic spirit to join our team as a Part-Time associate, baker, or decorator at our two locations. The role of an associate is crucial, as it encompasses the responsibility of creating an outstanding customer experience while fostering a workplace environment that is both respectful and motivating for all team members. **Skills + Qualifications** - It is essential candidates have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role that is customer service-driven. - Strong leadership skills are required, as these abilities will enable you to guide and motivate staff fostering a positive team atmosphere. - A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for every customer is a must. - Excellent organizational skills are to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, especially during busy shifts. - Strong verbal communication skills are required to facilitate effective interactions with both customers and staff, ensuring clear instructions and support are provided. - The ability to quickly assess situations and implement appropriate solutions is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. - We are looking for individuals who reliable and trustworthy, capable of managing their responsibilities while maintaining high standards of performance. **Availability** - Our operational hours from 7 AM to 6 PM every day. **Perks** - Enjoy an attractive 40% discount on our delicious staff treats. - Select a free merchandise uniform that reflects your personal style. - Experience a fun and engaging work environment that promotes team spirit. **Key Responsibilities** - Your primary responsibility will to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by treating them with respect and maintaining a consistently positive attitude. - You will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations during your shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards of quality. - An important aspect of your role will involve training and mentoring both new and existing staff members on best, product knowledge, and customer service techniques, ensuring that everyone performs at their highest level. - You will also supervise retail associates, them with the necessary support and guidance to help them excel in their roles. - Efficiently managing incoming food delivery app orders will part of your responsibilities, ensuring that these orders are prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as you will be expected to adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to create a safe environment for both staff and customers. - At the end of each shift, you will be responsible for filling out a daily report with the support of retail associates, summarizing key observations, including customer feedback, operational insights, and staff performance. This report must be sent to the Assistant Manager a daily basis. - Additionally, you will serve as liaison between the staff and the Assistant Manager, relaying any issues feedback to help improve operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
