Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to restrictions. All of our cupcakes are shipped using UPS overnight service, specifically to the lower 48 states. Because our cupcakes are perishable, it is highly recommended that someone be present to receive the to ensure their freshness. We utilize UPS as third-party shipping carrier for deliveries across the United States. process orders for shipping once a week, on Tuesdays. To ensure your order is shipped on Tuesday, please place it before the cut-off time of11:59 PM on Sunday. Orders made this cut-off time, starting at 12:00 AM on Monday or, will be shipped the following Tuesday. Please remember that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes; all shipments must be directed a valid street address within the United States. It’s important to note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Aleksandr cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment needs be returned or rerouted because of an incorrect address, charges for reshipment or relabeling may apply. Furthermore, shipping are non-refundable in cases of late deliveries. If the business is closed or the recipient is unavailable to receive the package upon delivery, UPS may require a signature at the discretion of the driver.
